Opening keynote for 90+ multi‑site managers and Board Members gathered to celebrate

A major player in food logistics in Europe, STEF brought together 90 managers and Board Members from 7 Belgian sites after lightning‑fast growth that saw the company triple in size in under three years thanks to the integration of two companies.

The challenge: open a new chapter by unifying three corporate cultures, strengthening cohesion, and grounding the four core values – Respect, Rigour, Performance and Enthusiasm – ahead of the 2027–2031 mid‑term plan.
 
Fred delivered his Rock’n’Roll Team Management keynote, using the rock universe as a metaphor to explore what makes a band – and a company – last: complementary “rockstar” profiles (visionaries, connectors, performers, producers), a shared sense of pride, and the ability to put ego at the service of the collective.
 
The live experience combined high‑energy content, guitar moments and interactive blind tests via app (with 80% of songs chosen to be recognisable to as many people as possible) to maximise engagement while keeping a stimulating level of challenge.
 
By putting people and the collective at the centre, this keynote set the tone for the strategic seminar to come:

The Perfect Lead-In to the Panel Discussion: A Closing Keynote That Challenged Perspectives

ATR International’s annual event brought together in Naples more than 120 decision-makers (C-Level, shareholders, suppliers and partners) from 45 entities across five continents.

For two days, they focused on the strategic challenges of digital transformation, digital journeys and coopetition instead of competition within the independent automotive aftermarket.

Just prior to the panel discussion that concluded day one, Fred delivered a keynote in English, applying his behavioral framework to a sector under pressure, where multi-brand data access is being rolled out across Europe, 84% of vehicles are no longer under manufacturer warranty, and around 50% of workshops still turn down the most technical repairs because they have not prepared for them. Not a technology problem, but a human one.

For the first time at the ATR Digital Conference, ATR opened its stage to an external speaker, introducing a new perspective that looked beyond technology and products to celebrate the human side of the industry and the people behind its success.
